After hours support with Vizbuild

Good to know that all our Body Corporate clients have you protected around the clock. Our after hours emergency team are Vizbuild who have attended a variety of emergencies in the middle of the night. Vizbuild have a great reputation and have been serving our clients with great feedback across Brisbane, Redlands and the Sunny & Gold Coast.

For emergency Strata maintenance issues outside of office hours, please contact our preferred supplier Vizbuild Commercial Maintenance on 0423933025. Legislation requires any works to be signed off by your Committee so an upfront call out fee will be payable prior to attendance and refunded by the body corporate if a body corporate maintenance issue.

Each year our entire Strata Company closes our whole team are locked away at the Dendy Theatre for Body Corporate training.  With over fifty people involved it’s a fabulous day full of learning, laughter and hard work. Thanks to our guest speakers – Genelle and Marianne from DIB, Craig Stanley from CHU, Mark from Law Solve, Nathan and Craig from Strata Max, as well as our AAA Body Corporate General Manager Tina Scanlon. Always a wonderful chance to get together and learn and share.

Park Avenue

We are very pleased to announce that Eagle are now managing Park Avenue at Southbank Brisbane. This prestigious property falls under the Bugta Act which three of our team have plenty of experience with. The initial meeting with the Committee was a really positive occasion and it’s exciting to be working with such a hands on and proactive Committee.

Online invoice approval

Eagle recently upgraded our systems and allocated Committee members can now sign off in invoices through an …
on-line portal. You can view the invoice and simply mark it to be paid or not paid. You can set the limits as you require and advise us of how many Committee members you would like to sign off.
