Meet the team

CJ has a wealth of experience from the demanding world of Strata Management in Sydney. An absolute professional and well regarded for her attention to detail, knowledge of compliance and legislation – CJ is a breath of fresh air here at EAGLE BODY CORPORATE and in the Strata environment.

When CJ is not living and breathing Strata you might find her in a boxing ring or on a football field. CJ has represented Fiji in Rugby League and has also represented Queensland and Australia in Gridiron.

Taylor joined our team in 2022 with a wealth of knowledge of the Body Corporate and Community Management legislation. Taylor has brought experience in the Building Unit and Group Titles Act as well as a great understanding of Principal and Subsidiary Schemes.  Commended for building a professional repport with Committees and Clients, allocating deadlines and diligence in completing tasks, Taylor understands the professionalism needed to provide her assistance. Taylor is an outstanding asset to the Eagle team.

With over 12 years in the Strata Industry both in NSW and QLD Deb brings a wealth of knowledge to Eagle Body Corporate.  This is a Strata Manager that can guide, navigate and ensure your property has the best management possible.

Deb and her assistant Laurie are a great team who work hard to resolve issues in a timely and friendly manner.

Renée brings a wealth of Strata experience to the team. An organised and methodical professional who enjoys working closely with a Committee in the best interest of the Body Corporate. Renée enjoys the challenging Strata industry and has a wealth of experience including time at the intricate Sanctuary Cove. Renée is a wonderful human full of passion, joy.. and hard work. An absolute asset to the Eagle team. If you are managed by Renée you are in great hands.

Shantel has over 7 years of experience as a Body Corporate manager and has worked at a number of large firms. Shantel understands her clients and all that is required to support them.

We love Shantel who has brought a very special energy to the team and in between the many emails and long hours manages to make us all laugh.

Ashlee has been a diligent ambassador of the Strata Industry and has a great knowledge of Strata from a two year period at a large Strata firm and now at Eagle.

Ashlee is one of our fabulous hard working and customer focused Eagles.

David is a great addition to the Eagle team and learnt his Strata craft with a large firm.

To the benefit of our clients David has recently joined Eagle and brings his professional communication skills and processes to the team.

Caylah joins Eagle Body Corporate with 9+ years of experience within the industry.

Caylah started her career in Body Corporate as a Receptionist where she learnt the ropes and quickly progressed to Strata Assistant.

As a Strata Assistant she continued to grow her knowledge base as she was responsible for being her Managers right-hand ‘man’.

Caylah loves problem solving and thrives on helping her Owners achieve resolutions with positive outcome for all.
