In the small number of matters in which I have been involved with bodies corporate for which Taylor Bondzulic has been the body corporate manager, I have found her to be very professional, helpful, and responsive. This is a large complex that has a lot of financial responsibilities that were managed well by Eagle Body Corporate. They kept track of spending, acquired insurances, and advised on future costs, and provided up to date and accurate financial reports.

Our Strata Manager Zoran Pavloski is great. Zoran has been so helpful and full of information in the management of the complex he has just help use (the complex) with an insurance claim which involved a number of units. Without his knowledge and help this would have not been fixed as fast as it has been. I have had other insurance claims in the past with other body corp properties with different Body corp managers which have taken a lot longer to work through the process.
