CJ brings extensive experience from Sydney’s strata sector to her leadership role at Eagle Body Corporate. Renowned for her attention to detail, legislative knowledge, and professional approach, she’s a breath of fresh air in the strata industry.

As General Manager, CJ balances bespoke portfolio management with client relationships and team leadership. Approachable, direct, and results-driven, CJ is passionate about delivering exceptional service and supporting thriving communities.

Away from the office, CJ’s competitive edge extends to sport — she has represented Fiji in Rugby League, and both Queensland and Australia in Gridiron. So outside of the boardroom, you may also find her in the boxing ring or on the football field.

Riley, a dedicated and highly professional expert in Strata Management, excels at navigating complex property issues and ensuring smooth operations within communities.

With a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach, Riley ensures that all strata properties under her care are impeccably maintained and efficiently managed.

Leni holds a Diploma in Strata Management, which equips her with a comprehensive understanding of the intricacies of Body Corporate, her extensive knowledge and expertise allow her to approach each project with confidence and diligence.

Leni is dedicated to ensuring the seamless operation of properties while fostering strong relationships with clients, Leni aims to exceed expectations and create positive experiences for all stakeholders involved.

Renée brings a wealth of Strata experience to the team. An organised and methodical professional who enjoys working closely with a Committee in the best interest of the Body Corporate. Renée enjoys the challenging Strata industry and has a wealth of experience including time at the intricate Sanctuary Cove.

David is dedicated to helping his clients achieve their goals and is an expert in handling complex issues that arise in bodies corporate.

David is also a strong communicator, able to build and maintain positive relationships with all owners and agents involved. He has a track record of successfully managing a diverse portfolio of properties and is known for his ability to balance the needs of committees and owners.

Caylah joins Eagle Body Corporate with 9+ years of experience within the industry.

Caylah started her career in Body Corporate as a Receptionist where she learnt the ropes and quickly progressed to Strata Assistant.

As a Strata Assistant she continued to grow her knowledge base as she was responsible for being her Managers right-hand ‘man’.

Caylah loves problem solving and thrives on helping her Owners achieve resolutions with positive outcome for all.

Taylor joined our team in 2022 with a wealth of knowledge of the Body Corporate and Community Management legislation. Taylor has brought experience in the Building Unit and Group Titles Act as well as a great understanding of Principal and Subsidiary Schemes.

 Commended for building a professional report with Committees and Clients, allocating deadlines and diligence in completing tasks, Taylor understands the professionalism needed to provide her assistance. Taylor is an outstanding asset to the Eagle team.
